Our history
Since I was little I fell in love with classical dance, which I discovered on medical advice. Little by little I began to explore different schools and companies using the RAD "Royal Academy of Dance" technique and the Cuban method, rigid and traditional disciplines. I always kept my development formally directed towards classical ballet and Mexican folklore. However, the arrival of my baby would change my life forever, as motherhood separated me from professional dance...
In my quest to regain my muscular strength and dancing agility, I began looking for different styles of exercise, nutrition and improvement that would allow me to combine the hectic life of being a mother, a professional and, above all, to regain my passion for classical dance. Obviously, I could not dedicate a large part of my time to strenuous and prolonged training.
Throughout my career, I have seen how combining conscious movement that encompasses disciplines such as ballet, pilates and functional training can transform people's lives, improving their posture, flexibility, strength and overall well-being.
My goal is to share with you all the knowledge and passion I have acquired, so that you can enjoy the same benefits.
